About

I build useful products—and the systems that make them real.

I am Sanjay Mallur, a mobile engineer, product builder and founder with more than 13 years of experience building software across India, Germany and the United Kingdom.

My career began with Android engineering and gradually expanded into architecture, product outcomes, technical leadership, full-stack development and entrepreneurship. Today, I am building Naapy.

What I do

Engineering depth, with a wider view of the product.

My work has always centred on mobile products: the architecture behind them, the craft required to make them feel dependable and the release discipline needed to put them into people’s hands.

Over time, I learned that strong engineering is only one part of building a successful product. The work also depends on understanding users, making good product decisions, designing reliable backend systems, validating assumptions and helping teams align around the same outcome.

That broader view shaped my progression from software engineer to senior engineer, technical leader, independent product builder and now founder.

I am most interested in the point where a promising idea has to become a reliable product that real people can use.

What I am building now

Naapy is the next step in the same journey.

After years of building mobile apps professionally and through independent work, I kept seeing the same gap: people rarely need only a mobile interface. They need the complete product around it.

That includes product definition, architecture, backend services, databases, authentication, payments, testing, deployment and continuous improvement. Before AI, closing that gap usually required a larger team, more budget or much more time.

Naapy is my attempt to change that. I am building a coordinated system of AI agents that can help founders move from intent to a working full-stack mobile product.

The larger belief

The next generation of software companies may begin with one founder directing an AI product team.

AI coding agents and multi-agent product development

  • 02

React Native, Expo and production mobile architecture

  • 03

Backend systems, databases, APIs and deployment

  • 04
